Return & Refund Policy

At Gul A Classic, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

1. Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Requests after 7 days will not be accepted

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for return/exchange:

• Product must be unused and in original condition
• All tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Customized products
• Clearance / sale items (if mentioned)
• Items damaged due to customer misuse

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• We will arrange replacement or refund after verification

5. Return Shipping Cost

• Customer bears return shipping cost in normal return cases
• If the product is damaged or wrong, Gul A Classic will cover return shipping

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via:

• Bank Transfer
• JazzCash / EasyPaisa

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability
