As per the Finance Act 2025-2026, courier companies are obliged to deduct 2% Withholding Tax and 2% Sales Tax on the value of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders on behalf of customers and deposit these taxes in the Government Treasury of Pakistan.
You can avoid these deductions by choosing Direct Bank Transfer (no 2% + 2% tax applies).
